LIGHTING PACKAGE
The lighting package includes, in addition to basic lighting, 36 moving lights:
- 10 front light profiles

- Lighting operator (<10 hours of execution)

CAMERA PACKAGE
- 5 remote-controlled Panasonic PTZ cameras
- Control room
- Recording & distribution to existing video solution in the venue (recording of program output, (delivered as mp4 at the end of the event))
- Video producer (<10 hours)
AUDIO EQUIPMENT
- State of the art L-Acoustics sound system, the industry standard in premium professional audio, for program sound, speech and smaller live performances
- Stage monitors for monitoring audio
- Yamaha audio mixer with 32 channels
- 3 wireless microphone systems (headset and/or handheld microphone)
VIDEO EQUIPMENT
- Three high-resolution LED screens: Center: 8.4m width x 4.0m height (4480px 2160px) Sides (2 units): 4.2m width x 2.4m height (2240px x 2160px)
- Tech station for handling data and video material. One presentation computer & one video computer as well as a video mixer. Use of own computer as a 3rd computer is available
- In the standard setup, the same output image is displayed on all three screens simultaneously. On the center screen, the material is displayed in a fixed window (16:9) with a fixed background, either custom or the venue’s background
- 43” screen monitor on stage for the speaker
- Clicker to switch slides on the presentation
